The undersigned hereby provides information regarding the use of the personal data you provide by filling in this form, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (also known as GDPR). The data concerning your person, which you voluntarily provide by filling in computer forms, are collected exclusively for the purpose of enabling contact with the company and, if necessary, to perform the contract concluded with you. It is compulsory for you to provide us with the data in question; your refusal to do so will prevent us from supplying the product/service you have requested (potentially exposing you to liability for breach of contract) and, in any case, from processing your request. Within our structure, only the personnel in charge of data processing operations may become aware of your data, again for the aforementioned purposes. We would also like to remind you that, by making a specific request to the data controller, you may exercise all the rights envisaged by Articles 15 to 22 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, which allow you, in particular, the right to request access to your personal data and to obtain a copy thereof (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) and deletion of the same (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR), and the right to obtain the cancellation of the same (Art. 17 GDPR). You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR), to the portability of your data (Art. 20 GDPR, where applicable) and to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 and 22 GDPR, for the cases mentioned therein and, in particular, to the processing for marketing purposes or which results in automated decision making, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you, where applicable). We also remind you of your right, where the processing is based on consent, to withdraw this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; to do so, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the data controller at the contact details published on the website. We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as the supervisory authority operating in Italy, and to lodge a judicial appeal, both against a decision of the Supervisory Authority and against the data controller itself and/or a data processor.
