How our removals service for companies works
One of our representatives will, if possible, contact your employee to organise an inspection in order to obtain all the details and specifications required for the service and inform him/her about the main regulations of the destination country.
Proper planning of the work with your Survey Consultant is the best way to start, especially if it is an international move where local realities may clash with your needs, for example:
- What is allowed to be brought into the new destination and what is prohibited?
- How does the customs process work?
- How does the destination service work?
- What documents are required?
- Our advice is to prepare a set of questions to ask the person in charge.
Moving for companies
Our appointee will agree the moving dates with the employee in order to best meet his or her needs. On the day of the originating service, our team will pack and load the goods in the safest and most efficient way to avoid any waste of space and to keep the household goods more stable during the journey. At destination, once customs procedures have been completed, our agents will agree with the employee the date for delivery, which will be concluded with reassembly and unpacking services.
Our company can also offer an all risk policy that protects your goods from external and unforeseeable factors.
